Green Light can offer a range of computer system skill based testing. This ensures that the candidate can meet your criteria for the job or if required allowing you to understand at what level that candidate is able to perform too, so you can plan future development or training.

At Green Light we also can arrange credit, police, medical and drug testing as well as fork lift assessments.

Psychometric Testing

All Green Light Recruitment candidates under go an online behavioural personality assessment at the time of interview.

For more comprehensive assessments we work closely with SHL so we can customise your assessment to your specific role.

Who are SHL?

SHL’s portfolio is extensive, meaning the right type of assessment can easily be found for any level of role, from senior management, to sales, to manufacturing. At Green Light Recruitment, the tool we most frequently use is the OPQ.

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)

The OPQ is one of the most widely used and respected occupational personality questionnaires worldwide. The most recent version, the OPQ32 is a very in-depth tool designed to provide information on a candidate’s style or behavioural preferences at work, including their relationships with people, thinking style and feelings and emotions. It is suitable for a broad range of roles from senior management to supervisory to graduate roles. There are both person-based and competency-based reporting options available.
