About the Company
Our client formed in 1990 and are experts in their industry of Forestry. They provide expert advice in all aspects of forestry in both the North and South Islands and they continue to grow year on year.
 
About the Role
The role is newly created and you will work 35 hours per week so 7 hours a day Mon-Fri between 8.30am – 4.30pm. You will be working with a team of 6 current administrators, 1 accountant/accounts and 1 CRM person. Your tasks will be and not limited too data entry, reconciliations and you will need to have MYOB experience. This is a friendly environment where flexibility is given to all of it’s staff members, they are not clock watchers. 
 
About You
We’re looking for candidates with previous MYOB experience and someone who is resilient as at times there can be some innuendo from some of the loggers in general conversation in the office:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people
  • Experience in dealing with people in a professional and warm manner
  • Fast, accurate and efficient with Microsoft Office; especially Word and Excel
  • A ‘can do’ attitude willing to pitch in and help the team
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Initiative, flexibility and adaptability
  • MYOB experience
