About the role
The role reports directly into the Regional Manager. You are responsible for identifying strategic initiatives to drive growth and revenue to the business. You will have excellent business acumen and desire to excel in the role and not just achieve but overachieve your targets. The role does require travel so you will need to be able to travel as part of the role.
We are looking for candidates with experience in the construction and/or industrial market. You will bring your years of industrial expertise and sales experience to create new opportunities and manage current account relationships, you will also have the below;
- 5 years in an industrial or construction related industry
- Robust knowledge of contract/project management
- Work to tight deadlines
- Cold calling experience
- Strong time management
- Strong communication; verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation and numerical skills
- Professional attitude and presentation as well as highly motivated
- A thirst for challenges, and you’re not afraid of hard work
