Our client is a fast growing player in the telco space. They have heavily invested in their technology and are growing rapidly and need dynamic sales people to jump on board and help spread the word and grow their presence and market share in the business market.
About the Role
Primarily this role is about hunting new business among the small to medium sized business community within the Dunedin region. While you’re supported by a wider team within the company, you’ll still need to back up what you sell in managing your clients. You’ll be expected to attend industry and networking events to really build your and the company brand.
We’re looking for candidates early in their career that have already laid a platform in terms of building a network and with a good grasp on sales. It’s not product flogging and you’ll need to back up what you sell. We’re looking for two different personalities for our ideal candidate here. So, if you tick 6 or more of the below points we want to hear from you;
- Previous B2B sales
- Meticulous in your attention to detail and processes
- The life of the party – an outstanding networker!
- A thirst for new business acquisition
- Can help yourself from talking to that person next to you on the plane
- A solid network of business connections
- The current right to work in NZ
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced Microsoft skills
