EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
We are looking for experienced Accounts/Payroll Administrators in the Christchurch area who are immediately available and looking for contract/temporary opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for people who have experience with accounts and payroll administration and are ready to embrace a new challenge. We are looking for candidates who
- Are calm under pressure and have a keen eye for detail
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Have the ability to problem solve on the spot
- Think outside the box and will use your initiative
- Are a team player but also capable of working alone
- Have excellent communication; verbal & written
- Are pro-active and resourceful
- Have computer literacy and competency; experience with MYOB and Xero (or similar platforms)
- Are conscientious and keen to take on extra responsibilities
YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates with experience doing the following;
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- GST Returns
- Credit control
- Picking up new systems quickly
- Handling client and customer queries
