About the Role
We are looking for a phone based Account Manager who can also seek out new business opportunities. Ideally you will need to hit the ground running. The role reports into the Regional Manager and you will be measured on monthly targets and KPI’s.
You’ll be a internal sales pro with a previous track record of networking in the Christchurch and the wider region. While you’ll be joining a wider sales team, you will need discipline, drive and attention to detail. We are also looking for the below skills and experience:
- Internal sales experience (phone based sales)
- Ideally have a parcel, courier or freight forwarding background
- Commercially savvy with strong business acumen
- Enjoy networking
- Excellent relationship and customer service skills
- Need to be able to solution sell
- Intermediate Microsoft skills
- Resilient, enthusiastic, energetic and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
