ABOUT THE ROLE
Managing an existing and growing portfolio of clients. Your role isn’t to gain new clients (You’ll be supported by a BDM for that), but to look after, manage and continue to grow the revenue with each client. As you’ll be working at a GM, C-level and IT Management level, you’ll need a high level of business acumen and a solid knowledge of the telco and ICT space.
Solutions focused and outside the box thinking is required and always with a philosophy of a win:win for both our client and theirs.
The bar has been set very high, you will need to convince us of your calibre in terms of your ability to proactively add value, cross sell, up sell in-line with each client’s needs. Due to the high average client value, your knowledge of telco and ICT and ability to ditch the jargon in demonstrating creative solution is crucial. If you need to Google about WAN, SIP, Azure hosting, SaaS then this isn’t likely to be the role for you.
You’ll be self-disciplined and proactive in managing your client base and searching for additional revenue streams in what is often a long sales cycle to secure new revenue.
