ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a customer-focused role where you will coordinate directly with our clients’ customers. You will play an important part in ensuring products are accurately accepted and released in a timely manner. It is essential that the correct product is released to the correct companies, all customer requirements are met, and strong working relationships are maintained.

LOOKING FOR
- Deal with Ambiguity – can effectively cope with change
- Administering and removing holds on containers
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office skills)
- Customer Focus – First point of telephone contact for customers calling
- Experience in Freight/Shipping or Logistics industry
- Time Management – use your time effectively and efficiently
- Pass a mandatory Pre-employment drugs test
