Join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality windows and doors. This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. The factory operates with a real “muck in” mentality, so you’ll get involved across fabrication, machine operation, assembly and using a range of hand tools.ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and keen to get stuck in. Ideally, you’ll have:- Experience in window, door, glass or aluminium manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- A forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice convictions check.
