Our client is a local high school, looking for temp cover for maternity leave.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role covers accounts payable and general office admin duty in a friendly supportive team. 

  • Manage accounts payable processes: invoice processing, payment preparation etc.
  • Ensure accurate financial data entry into Xero and other accounting software.
  • Perform general admin duties: filing, data entry, office supplies maintenance.
  • Assist other admin team members as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous office admin experience.
  • Proficiency in Xero is a MUST.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
