ABOUT THE ROLE
We like to think of this role similar to air traffic control with planes. However instead of planes you are coordinating with Truck drivers, Forklift Drivers, Straddle Drivers and all depot staff. You play a very important part in ensuring product is accepted and released in an accurate and timely manner. The correct product is released to the correct companies. All customer requirements are met, and good working relationships are maintained.
FOR YOU
- Secure Parking onsite
- Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm (with a requirement to work the occasional Saturday – 6am – 12pm)
- Fast paced office environment
- Temporary position for 3 months
- Great staff facilities onsite
LOOKING FOR
- Deal with Ambiguity – can effectively cope with change
- Experience with RT’s
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office skills)
- Customer Focus – Dedicated to meeting requirements of internal / external customers
- Experience in Freight/Shipping or Logistics industry
- Time Management – use your time effectively and efficiently
- Pass a mandatory Pre-employment drugs test
