ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a mix of dispatch coordination, customer service, and general administration. We are seeking a reliable, confident individual who works well as part of a team and is comfortable in a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities include
- Accepting customer orders via email, online systems, and telephone
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Invoicing orders and consigning freight
- Answering phone calls and managing email correspondence
- Ordering packing and office supplies
- Quality checking and processing incoming stock

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Confident, polite, and works well with others
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Physically fit – able to lift parcels up to 20kg
- Good attention to detail, particularly for quality checking
- Colour accuracy
- Basic maths skills
- Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems)
