ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a Christchurch-based embroidery and apparel branding company operating a small, friendly production floor. They run a mix of Tajima and Happy multi-head machines and are known for delivering high-quality embroidered garments to a wide range of customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines, ensuring garments are prepared, framed, and finished to a high standard.
Your daily tasks will include reading job cards, marking up garments, framing, running embroidery jobs, and trimming and folding completed work.
You will not be required to troubleshoot or repair machines — this role focuses purely on production and quality output.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience operating embroidery machines (Tajima, Happy, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to read job cards and follow production instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clear Ministry of Justice check
