The role is keeping export paperwork accurate and on time so shipments clear wihtout delays. Everything documentation wise will be handled by this individual. From a logistics point of view you will coordinate shipments end to end so everything moves on schedule and stays compliant.ABOUT YOU
Ideally you would have worked in a logistics role or even a freight forwarder and worked in Export Documentation and also have the below attributes;
- Previous experience within sea freight exports essential
- Customs PIN number is beneficial
- CEDO documentation experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must
- A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication; verbal & written
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Pro-active and resourceful with excellent time management
- Australia/NZ meat export knowledge or experience – helpful but not essential
