ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a NZ owned business that partners with clients all over the world to procure, consolidate and distribute premium New Zealand products. Having been in the market for the last 25 years, they aren’t here for the quick win but rather to work alongside those around the world and supply quality New Zealand produce.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A busy role completing all documentation and logistics work. You will liaise with suppliers, shipping lines and freight forwarders, as well as review all documentation along with data entry. The role is full time Monday to Friday.

ABOUT YOU

You would have worked in Shipping or Freight Forwarding in the past or dealt with Shipping lines or freight forwarders and have the below attributes:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Customs PIN (preferred)
  • Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication; verbal & written
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Documentation & shipping knowledge
  • Must be able to take ownership
  • Must be professional, well mannered and have a sense of humour
