ABOUT THE ROLE

This role reports into the Director in charge of Operations. You will keep clients and accountants happy by supporting the internal operations of the business. The main functions of this role include maintaining databases, assisting clients with queries and providing final deliverables to clients. Working within the Operations Support team, you will be a great team-player and you will use your excellent problem-solving skills to find solutions. Plenty of opportunity to make an impact and find your niche amongst the team.

Working in the professional services industry would be advantageous but we are interested in hearing from you no matter your background.

• Customer service/reception experience
• Excel skills are preferred.
• Experience with Asana and Xero Practice Manager – advantageous.
• A sense of humour to fit in with the team.
